For an Autumn day retreat in October to release & rise from within. We have curated a balanced flow of yoga, wellness workshops, plant-based food & sound healing.
This is no ordinary day retreat, we combine over 10 years of deep-rooted friendship & professional experience so you step out of your busy life & take time for you.
All from a peaceful studio full of natural light in the heart of East London.
What's Included
Nourishment
Seasonal, wholesome, plant-based food sourced from local suppliers. Expect rainbow salads, nourishing energy balls & refreshing flavours throughout the day, freshly prepared by naturopathic chef, Ally Weller.
Movement
A moving meditation designed to connect the breath with the body & calm the mind, based on vinyasa yoga foundations.
Coaching
Workshops that guide you to overcome limiting beliefs, improve your overall wellbeing & empower you to make real changes in the pursuit of personal growth.
Sound Bath
Sound therapy as a form of energy healing, using the power of pure frequency sound and resonance to harmonise the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of your body.

About Ellie
I am Ellie, mummy to 3-year old Mylo, a holistic wellbeing coach, here to support you, so you can understand yourself at the core & find balance in the chaos.
My professional background is in Marketing & PR, when I became a mother, I experienced the changes mentally & physically which led me to explore a different career path. I completed the Integrative Holistic Health & Wellbeing program (IINHTCP), with the most respected online health coaching and nutrition school in the world, I have since developed my coaching blueprint & programs to help women thrive. I have spent 3 years living in India so my teachings are grounded in Indian philosophy & help you weave rituals, develop a growth mindset & fresh perspective into your life.
Using my academic studies, professional skills, coaching training & lived experience, I share with you and guide you through information & practices within a safe space in the pursuit of personal growth.

I always thought I knew what yoga was, but it wasn't until after living in Morocco with my now mentor, that I really explored the foundations and meaning behind the practice.
Showing up on my mat every morning before work became a ritual and without it, I almost felt lost. I decided to trust my gut and apply for a teacher training, to go deeper into the understanding and fundamentals of asana, breath and meditation.
Since completing, I have never looked back. The practice has transformed me, my ways of thinking, my outlook on life and my relationships with people and the planet. My classes are a safe space for you to step out of your head and into your body; a space to breathe and move deliciously, consciously and always for yourself.
I have completed 300+ hours of trainings including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pregnancy and Chakra and I cannot wait to further my knowledge in the coming years.
